Ki- is the non-physical energy that is flowing in all living things. It is the life force. When the Ki is low, sickness, depression, and low energy may occur. When it is high, you feel strong and healthy.

Reiki is Spiritually guided. It is not limited by the practitioner. The energy flows through the healer to the client. Reiki is a loving higher vibration healing energy from Source, High Self, or God. The healing is magnified to help the client create healing within themselves.
